I just moved the hi-fi set from the living room into my room yesterday. So happy. I can listen to music 24/7 without having to wear head phones now. I can lie in my bed and control the volume with the remote, skip tracks, turn it off, etc etc. Haha. What a luxury. I want to get an mp3 player that can record for next year. I really want to record lectures. Especially history lectures. Haha. Been looking at this new one, Zen Sleek. Looks nice. But it's not available in Singapore now.
Anyway, moving on to more important things.. just now as I was skipping rope I thought of an idea. Why not for each skip I do, I think of the name of a person whose life I want to see changed by God? Haha. But my mind couldn't work as fast as I skipped. But I just thought that it would be great if I could. And it would be great if I could skip a hundred times and for each skip, think of the name of a friend whose life has already been changed by Christ.
Do you know how amazing it is when one person's life is changed and he begins to bring many of his friends in his clique to church because of his experience? I always think of that. Like if I could get just one person from this group of friends and let him experience God, he will bring all his other friends too! And so many others will be impacted!
My life has been changed so much by this week alone. Spent a lot of time with Jamie, teaching her maths, and also talking about church. Learnt from Lynette & Jiaxin about how to reach out to my friends. Haha. Every day is just great.
Spending time with the O level people this week has made me want to have the same thing they have going on with my friends for the As. I want study buddies! Haha. Like all the A level people can mug together. And I seriously hope by then that some of my non-church friends will be in church and we can study together. It would be great. We can excel and take our exams together! Haha.
Looking forward to tomorrow. Pastor will be preaching at BS. Somehow I keep thinking it's Sunday tomorrow. Don't know why either. Haha. I'm waiting in anticipation for zone chalet in two week's time (:
I like planning games. Haha. 'Wet and dirty' is the way it will be. So much so for making my team eat a chocolate muffin with creamer and chilli today. Hahaha!
